Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts

*Variance analysis and commentary

*Budgeting and forecasting support

*Balance sheet reconciliations

*KPI reporting and performance analysis

*Assisting with year-end audit processes

*Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting

About You*Fully qualified or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)

*Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis; Power Query desirable)

*Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

*Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines
