Pratap Partnership are recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager for a dynamic, high-growth manufacturer based in South Yorkshire.

The Job:
The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK and internationally, managing the benefits whilst ensuring compliance:
*Processing monthly payroll.
*Completing final payroll checks.
*Ensuring all employee data is maintained accurately within the HR system.
*Managing the third-party payroll provider.
*Reviewing benefits provision.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
*Previous payroll experience within a complex environment is essential.
*Proven ability to manage benefits providers and support annual reward cycles is required.
*Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and data auditing capability are essential.
*You must be able to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
