Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a well-established business based in Mansfield as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high volumes.
The Role:
*Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
*Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
*Assisting with payment runs
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
About You:
*Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
*Confident processing high volumes of invoices
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*A team player with excellent communication skills
