Block Property Manager – Prime Central London
£40,000 – £47,000 DOE + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing *Managing a diverse portfolio of block residential properties
*Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, leaseholders, and tenants
*Overseeing service charge budgets, demands, and reconciliations
*Managing landlord & tenant events and critical dates
*Coordinating reactive maintenance and major works (including Section 20)
*Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Building Safety regulations
*Conducting inspections and monitoring contractor performance
What You’ll Bring *2–3+ years’ experience in block property management
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
*A proactive, organised, and professional approach
