Job Description:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
*Calling customers to follow up on overdue invoices while maintaining strong working relationships
*Producing weekly aged debtor reports and providing updates to the Financial Controller
*Working closely with internal departments and placing accounts on hold where required
*Allocating BACS payments from the bank statements
*Recommending ideas to improve and enhance existing processes
*Overseeing the billing inbox and responding to customer queries
What you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Receivable Clerk / Credit Controller / Credit Control Clerk / Credit
*Control Manager / Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Collections Officer
*A confident and professional communication style, able to handle sensitive conversations
*Intermediate Excel skills
