About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will lead, motivate, and inspire your team to provide exceptional service to every customer. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the store and driving your team to achieve targets and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of individuals, ensuring excellent performance from recruitment through to ongoing development
*Drive sales by maximising every opportunity, while maintaining positive standards
*Maintain high levels of stock availability, ensuring store presentation is at its best
*Oversee daily store operations, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times
*Inspire the team to deliver top-tier customer service, achieving KPIs and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
*Maintain and enforce safe working practices across the store
*Work closely with the management team to drive improvements and growth
You:
*Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (preferred but not essential)
*A natural leader with a strong ability to inspire, coach, and motivate your team
*Proven experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment
*Passionate about customer experience and delivering retail excellence
*Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
*Articulate, confident, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues
Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in a retail management position or similar fast-paced environment
*A passion for people development, achieving team success, and delivering results
*Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring excellent service delivery
*Strong communicator with the ability to solve problems effectively

Please note: This role will require an initial training period of 3 months at the Tottenham location, with travel costs covered.
