Salary: £20,496 – £23,703 per annum (Actual Salary – Not Pro-Rata)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Term Time Only)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (38 weeks per year)

This is an all-through provision (ages 4–18) that supports approximately 140 pupils with specialized needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
The School EnvironmentThis is not a mainstream setting. It is a highly specialized private provision where:
*Small Class Sizes: You will work in a setting with only 140 pupils in total across the entire school.
*High Support Ratios: Classrooms typically contain 4–8 students, with staff-to-pupil ratios often reaching 2:1 or 1:1.

The RoleAs a Progress Partner, you will provide 1-1 and small group support to ensure vulnerable young people can access their education.
