Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Term Time Only)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (38 weeks per year)

The School EnvironmentThis is not a mainstream setting. It is a highly specialized private provision where:
*Small Class Sizes: You will work in a setting with only 140 pupils in total across the entire school.
*High Support Ratios: Classrooms typically contain 4–8 students, with staff-to-pupil ratios often reaching 2:1 or 1:1.

The RoleAs a Progress Partner, you will provide 1-1 and small group support to ensure vulnerable young people can access their education.

*Emotional Coaching: Helping students manage social-emotional factors that act as barriers to their learning.
*Resilience: Staying calm and composed during challenging situations is a core requirement of the role.
