RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - GLASGOW
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + perks + bragging rights

One of Glasgow’s leading hospitality businesses is on the hunt for a charismatic, impeccably presented, customer-obsessed Restaurant General Manager to take the reins of a buzzing, high-performing venue.
If you’re the kind of person who can juggle staffing, service, spreadsheets, and the occasional unexpected disaster — all while maintaining a warm smile and a calm presence — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading from the front with confidence, charm, and the kind of energy people actually want to follow
*Delivering genuinely memorable customer experiences that keep guests coming back (and raving about you online)
*Driving the financial performance of the business with sharp commercial thinking and strong cost control
*Inspiring, coaching, and motivating a talented team to be the best version of themselves
*Ensuring every plate, pint, and smile leaving the pass meets our high-quality standards
*Keeping the venue running like a well-oiled machine — even when it’s Saturday night and everyone suddenly wants espresso martinis
*Maintaining an immaculate personal presentation (because you are the face of the business)
