About Us:
We are working with an exciting, happy and nurturing primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It is a three- form entry school and located in a multicultural community. They are looking for a full-time SENDCo with some teaching responsibility. The school can offer a welcoming and enthusiastic environment with a talented and dedicated staff team. Key Responsibilities:
*Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a SENDCo
*Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
*Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
*Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school as a SENDCo.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*QTS or equivalent.
*NASENCO qualification is highly desirable
*Track record of developing effective partnerships
*Be an excellent practitioner
*UK classroom-based experience
