£23,588 per annum
Full time – 36 hours per week

Location – Redhill & Surrounding Areas
Our client is looking for a dedicated Void Property Cleaner to join our multi-skilled trades team. You’ll play a vital role in preparing empty homes to a high standard — ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for new customers to move in.


About the Role of property cleaner
As part of a collaborative, customer-focused team, you will:
*Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across void properties
*Complete general and deep cleaning duties (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
*Safely operate cleaning equipment and materials in line with health & safety guidance
*Manage and dispose of waste appropriately
*Use handheld devices to accurately record completed work and materials used
*Maintain van stock, cleaning equipment, and issued plant
*Carry out minor repair tasks where skilled to do so
*Safely drive and maintain a works vehicle
*Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and resolve customer concerns

*Has strong planning and organisational skills
*Is physically able to lift equipment, carry materials, and use stepladders
*Is confident using modern IT and handheld technology

*Is proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused
*Is flexible and willing to go the extra mile
