*CSCS Card
*Must have Police Vetting
*Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
*Own tools
*Previous onsite experience
*Two working references

*Commercial works
*Be capable in more than one trade such as Carpentry & Painting
*Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
