Job Description:
Axon Moore are exclusively recruiting for a fast-growing management business. This is a perfect opportunity for a first-time mover from practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an audit background looking to make the transition into industry within a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Management accounts, reporting packs & reconciliations
*MI, budgeting, forecasting & analysis
*Client & stakeholder management
*Month-end close, audit support
*Mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Audit experience (practice)
*Strong Excel & attention to detail
Package:
*Up to £50,000 + up to 5% bonus
*Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Pension & additional benefits
