Pure are currently partnering with a great, well-established organisation in Witham to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the end-to-end credit cycle while also helping to shape smarter, more efficient processes.

Key responsibilities*Manage end-to-end credit control across multiple markets and currencies.
*Deliver core transactional tasks including order release, bank postings, and cash allocation.
*Develop data-driven collection strategies and drive continuous improvement.
*Work closely with senior finance to support risk management and operational efficiency.
*Contribute to systems-enhancement projects across invoicing, reconciliations and onboarding
*Create, maintain, and improve robust credit policies.
About you*Experience managing your own sales ledger with strong debt-recovery skills.
*Confident using modern systems and interested in automation and new technology.
*Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and reporting capability.
*Relevant accounting qualifications welcomed but not essential.
This role is fully office-based in Witham.
