At Juice Recruitment, we are delighted to be supporting a well established and highly regarded law firm in Central Cheltenham in their search for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join their busy and friendly property team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with proven conveyancing experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional firm.
DAY TO DAY:
You will be providing comprehensive support to Fee Earners within the Residential Conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Assisting with the management of residential conveyancing files
*Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
*Conducting searches and reviewing title documents
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
*Drafting correspondence and legal documents
*Handling post-completion matters and Land Registry applications
*Maintaining accurate case management records
*Providing exceptional client service at all times
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
*Previous experience working within residential conveyancing (essential)
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional and personable manner
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
*Able to work full time in the office (Monday–Friday)
