What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Ledger:
*Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
*Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and on time
*Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts
*Chasing outstanding debt professionally and efficiently
*Resolving customer queries relating to invoices and payments
*Producing aged debtor reports
*Supporting month-end procedures
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth billing processes
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Ledger:
*Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
*Good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
*Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
*A positive, can-do attitude
