Inside Sales Coordinator
Office-based | Monday–Friday | £28,000–£30,000 + Annual Bonus

The Opportunity
Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a well-established, global manufacturer to recruit an Inside Sales Coordinator. This is a replacement role due to retirement at the end of March, offering the chance to join a knowledgeable and welcoming commercial team.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Account Manager and a supportive internal team, managing inbound enquiries and nurturing existing customer relationships while identifying commercial upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage inbound customer enquiries from existing accounts
*Produce and follow up on quotes
*Chase materials and coordinate with supply chain
*Support the external Account Manager on customer activity
*Handle customer queries and resolve delivery issues professionally
*Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
*Maintain accurate customer and order information
About the Team
You’ll join a friendly, down-to-earth commercial function led by an experienced manager, alongside three Account Managers and three Inside Sales colleagues. The wider team, including supply chain and distribution, sits together in an open-plan environment that is collaborative but not overly high-pressure or loud - a good mix of personalities and experience levels.
About You
*Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or internal sales role
*Comfortable managing customer queries, including challenging conversations
*Commercially aware and proactive in spotting opportunities
*Highly organised and detail-focused
*Steel or metals industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
*Positive, team-oriented approach
