Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a proactive and organised Product & Pricing Administrator to join one of our leading clients in Chesterfield. This role is key in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of product and pricing information across the business.
You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date product data, coordinating pricing updates, and communicating key information to internal stakeholders including Head Office and Members. You will also support new and existing business opportunities through product matching exercises.
Key Responsibilities as a Product and Pricing Administrator
*Maintain accurate product information, including the administration of new product set-ups
*Administer pricing changes (increases, decreases, discontinuations, and price support)
*Communicate product and supplier updates to key stakeholders
*Support product matching exercises for new and existing business opportunities
*Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across systems
*Work closely with Procurement, Customer Service, Sustainability teams, Members, and Suppliers

*Accuracy of product data maintained
*Turnaround time for product updates
*On-time completion of pricing changes
*Timely communication to stakeholders
*Strong literacy and numeracy skills
*Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Experience managing own workload and meeting deadlines
