Leading property company is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a 6-month contract basis. Based in London, this role is being recruited to support a busy period and will deliver high quality financial reporting.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Preparing timely and accurate subsidiary financial statements
*Preparing consolidated management accounts
*Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
*Liaising with auditors
*Day to day financial support to wider finance team
*Ad hoc tasks as required
The candidate
*Technically strong accountant, practice trained (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
*Experience working in a similar role in Property/Real Estate
*Team player with hands on approach
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*Advanced IT skills
