Field Sales Representative – Plant Machinery
Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in plant machinery? Do you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Location: Lancashire
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 basic + commission and performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the plant machinery sector.
*Promote and sell a range of plant machinery products and services.
*Identify new sales opportunities and actively grow your territory.
*Deliver excellent customer service, providing expert advice and technical support.
*Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in sales, ideally within the plant machinery or construction equipment industry.
*Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and related products.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
*Full UK driving license.
