General Manager - eCommerce & Marketing
Package £150k (basic salary and bonus)
London – with 1 day per week remote working
Are you an ambitious and experienced eComm/Marcomms senior manager within a DTC business? My client is growing and requires a strong
commercial person to head up with diverse team based in London.
Skincare is their business, and this should be your passion whether you have worked in this exciting category or are purely an obsessed consumer of premium skincare, passion is passion. Operating in the luxury segment of the market it is essential that you understand this consumer and that brand communication, customer experience reflects this.
As General Manager you will take the reins and be responsible for driving excellent performance across all Omni-channels, taking ownership of the full P&L, largely DtC e-Commerce, as well as their Retail/Clinic, and a small amount of B2B Retail Distribution. With 6 direct reports at manager level, its vital that you ensure the perpetuation of a truly collegiate culture. This is a founder-led business where collaboration and input are valued, and company pride exists in abundance.
So, if you are able to offer a strong pedigree developed within luxury DtC consumer brands, (outside of beauty high-end fashion or luxury goods may be considered), who drive revenue through their eCommerce channel I need to hear from you!
