Description
*Process and manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
*Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
*Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies.
*Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
*Provide support for payroll audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
*Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
*Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or processes as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
*Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
*Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
*Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Previous experience in a similar Accounting & Finance role within the Technology & Telecoms industry is beneficial.
