A leading wealth management practice is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their growing support team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys delivering exceptional client service, and wants to be part of a collaborative, professional team.
About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting advisers and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Your role will combine administrative excellence, process management, and proactive communication.
You will be responsible for:
Client Meeting Support
*Booking Annual Reviews and ad-hoc client meetings
*Preparing meeting packs and supporting documents
*Completing AML and ID checks
*Following the full advice cycle and annual review processes
Business Processing
*Processing new business and replacement cases
*Ensuring smooth communication between advisers and paraplanners
*Creating opportunities in CRM systems and preparing associated paperwork
*Managing top-up suitability letters and accurate handovers
Day-to-Day Client Administration
*Responding to client and adviser requests promptly
*Actioning fund switches, encashments and drawdown reviews within agreed timescales
*Managing bereavement cases where required
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Compliance & Quality
*Supporting the practice in maintaining high quality and compliance standards
*Using internal systems accurately and consistently
*Ensuring work is delivered within agreed SLAs
Some occasional travel may be required for team meetings or training.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Experience
*Previous experience in financial services administration (preferred but not essential)
Skills & Attributes
*Exceptional organisational skills and a strong client focus
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to communicate clearly and explain complex information simply
*Strong IT and numeracy skills
*Professionalism, discretion and a high level of confidentiality
