Job Description:
We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor ?????with the desire to work independently without the setup costs of starting a firm, have their own bank of clients and want to increase their current business levels.
This position is working alongside our clients, a directly authorized, whole-of-market mortgage and protection company, with a deep industry expertise and a strong network of lending partners.
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
*Tiered Commission Splits up to 85%
*Full System Support
*No Monthly fee for access to systems
*OTE £100,000+
*Flexible Working Environment
*Admin Support
Working Hours:
*Remote basis but the successful individual must have access to an office space in Central London.
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
*CeMAP Qualified
*CAS
*Seeking specialities in Remortgages, large mortgage loans, commercial mortgages, buy-to-let, equity release, and first-time buyer mortgages.
*Confident over the phone
*Whole of market experience
*Own Client bank
*Self-sufficient – Own lead source or referral-driven business model
