Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on an initial 8 week assignment. This role will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people solutions, drive change programmes and lead employee relations with credibility and compassion.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management.
*Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary procedures to resolution.
*Design and deliver people initiatives for talent attraction, development, retention and succession.
*Support change projects, providing pragmatic HR support to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
*Interpret people metrics and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
*Work with HR specialists to develop policies, learning programmes and reward approaches aligned to business goals.
*Promote inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement across the workforce.
