With our Client Recruitment Solutions (NW) are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant.
The Sales Ledger Assistant will work alongside a proactive Credit Control function - offering support and assisting with the Credit Control function as part of your role as Sales Ledger Assistant.
Our Client has its UK Head Office in Manchester - the role is being appointed as the Client moves more of its Finance function from London to Manchester.
WHAT YOU EXPECT AS THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT
*Annual Basic Salary of c £26,000 - £28,000
*Annual Salary Review and Performance Related Bonus - based on your performance
*Hybrid working after Probation / Training

THE ROLE OF THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT
Will report to a Sales Ledger Team Leader and will have a dotted line to a Credit Control Team Leader.
You will work across
*Allocation of Payments - Query Management and Resolution of items which can not be Allocated
*Work Internally and Externally to resolve Queries
*Prepare Weekly and Monthly Payment Reconciliations
*Assisting the Credit Control team with the chasing of Aged Debt - 90 and 60 Days and associated Query Management
*Update of Client Accounts - being prepared to place Accounts on Stop
*Assist with preparation for Month End
*Ad hoc duties as needed
