*Location: Oxford
*Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and users across hardware, software, and network-related issues
*Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
*Support and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and core business applications
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to networks, connectivity, printers, and user accounts
*Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, device rollouts, and infrastructure improvements
*Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timescales
*Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and user guides in line with best practice


Key Requirements
*Previous experience working in an IT support or IT Technician role
*Good working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles
*Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-related issues
*Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional approach
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests effectively
*A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skills
*Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential)
