Processing Operative Rotherham
£28,000 – £33,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)
Afters Shift – 40 hours Monday to Thursday (Times TBC)

Winner Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a client in Rotherham for 4 experienced Processing Operatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in metal processing and machinery operation.
Key Responsibilities*Operating shears, shot blasters, balers and other processing machinery
*Carrying out processing activities in line with company requirements
*Liaising with management to define processing requirements
*Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment
Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ experience operating:
*Shears
*Shot Blasters
*Balers
*Various processing machinery
*Metal testing experience with superalloys preferred but not essential
*FLT Licence preferred but not essential
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
