JOB TITLE - Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive Primary School based in Yate.
The school is committed to providing high-quality support for children with additional needs and offers ongoing professional development to all staff.
Depending on performance, the school may look to extend the contract or offer a permanent position.
CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS*Location: Yate
*Position: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
*Full-Time: Monday to Friday
*Day Rate: £90 - £110
*Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS*SEN experience - Mandatory
*Strong background supporting children with:*Autism
*Speech & Language Needs
*Learning Difficulties

*Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year (or willingness to complete)
*Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
*Excellent communication skills
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an Enhanced Child Barred List DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
*Provide 24 months of professional references, including child-related experience
