IT Assistant
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a proactive and technically minded IT Assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and improving efficiency through technology in the food and drinks space.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical foundations, confidence with network architecture (or a genuine desire to develop in this area), and programming skills that enable them to build low level automations and streamline internal processes. An interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
This role would suit a graduate, or someone early in their career who is eager to grow in a hands on technical environment.
The role:
*Maintain office and remote employee equipment (laptops, phones, and meeting room communications systems)
*Provide general technical troubleshooting and support
*Manage employee resources and subscription services such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Read AI
*Oversee login credentials and password maintenance for central systems
*Perform general technical administration and system management
*Build internal tools using Google Apps Script
*Develop automations, deploy AI tooling, and support low level services implementation
Experience:
*Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
*Understanding of IT systems and network fundamentals (or willingness to learn)
*Programming ability with an interest in automation and efficiency
*Enthusiasm for AI assisted development and modern tooling
*Confident communicator who can support both in office and remote staff
