Night Concierge

£28,000 per annum | 4 on, 4 off | 7pm - 7am
We are currently recruiting for a professional and dependable Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in SW10. This is a key overnight role, responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and smooth operation of the building during out-of-hours periods.
This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly observant, and confident working independently within a premium residential environment.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee the security and overall safety of the development overnight

*Monitor CCTV and access control systems

*Conduct regular building patrols

*Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies

*Manage out-of-hours enquiries and resident requests

*Oversee contractor access where required

*Complete accurate shift reports and maintain clear handovers

*Act as a professional and reassuring presence for residents

About You*Previous experience in concierge, reception, security, or similar roles (night experience preferred)

*Strong understanding of building security systems and procedures

*Confident working independently and making decisions when required

*Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Knowledge of fire safety procedures and first aid is advantageous

*Must be willing to provide excellent references and undergo full vetting checks
