Day Concierge
Luxury Residential Development | SW10, London
£28,000 per annum | 4 on, 4 off (7am-7pm)
We are currently recruiting for a polished and professional Day Concierge to join a luxury residential development in SW10.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a front-facing, resident-focused environment.
The RoleWorking a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm), you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors
*Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times
*Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs
*Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling
*Monitor CCTV and access control systems
*Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed
*Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent
About You*Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred)
*Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
*Well-presented, reliable, and proactive
*Calm and decisive under pressure
*Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures
*Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
