Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants to work in the Buntingford area. Ideal candidate will have 3- 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen and have a good understanding of the role and its responsibilities.
Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant:
*Assist with basic food preparation duties, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
*Provide courteous and friendly customer service
*Adhere to health and safety standards
*Keep all work areas clean and follow food hygiene protocols at all times
*Load and unload catering supplies off deliver vehicles
About you:
*Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
*Great teamworking skills in a fast-paced environment
*Undertaken food hygiene, infection control and COSHH training, however training can be offered.
*Excellent work ethic and be reliable and organised
*Live in the Buntingford or have access to a car
