Description
*Coordinate the Commercial Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
*Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the Commercial Director.
*Support the planning and execution of key departmental projects.
*Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for the department.
*Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Profile
A successful EA to Commercial Director should have:
*Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant to director or SLT position
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*A professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
*Experience in the not-for-profit industry is advantageous.
