CRM Coordinator – Camberley (Maternity Cover)
Location: Camberley
Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Overview
An established organisation is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join the team on a maternity cover basis.
This role supports the effective management, development and optimisation of the company’s CRM system, working closely with sales, marketing and operational teams to ensure accurate data management, reporting and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for CRM users
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM data
Assist with user training and system guidance
Support testing, development and continuous improvement of the CRM system
Produce KPI reports for management and regular reports for sales teams
Provide ad hoc reporting as required
Maintain and update territory and account information
Support customer communication processes
Collaborate with internal and external sales teams
Assist with lead generation activities and sales campaigns
Track and report on sales pipelines, quotations, opportunities and activities
Review and improve CRM-related processes
Maintain customer pricing and discount structures within CRM and related systems
Produce regular pricing and performance reports
Support compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures
Assist with the creation of customer quotes and orders
Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experience using CRM systems (SAP experience desirable)
Strong customer focus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Process-driven and organised approach
Strong time management skills
