Interim Group Head of Finance
6 Month Contract

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business who are looking for an Interim Group Head of Finance to support them through an period of growth and change.
This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening controls, improving processes and bringing structure to a busy finance function.
Responsibilities
*Lead the group finance function across multiple entities
*Ownership of group consolidation and monthly financial reporting
*Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and year end process
*Manage the external audit process and act as the key point of contact for auditors
*Ensure strong financial controls and governance across the group
*Lead the technical accounting agenda, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
*Review and improve financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
*Support the development and implementation of finance systems and reporting improvements
*Provide clear financial insight and reporting to senior leadership and board
*Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
Key Skills
*Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong technical accounting knowledge
*Experience in group reporting and consolidations
*Experience managing audit and statutory reporting processes
*Strong financial controls and governance background
*Experience working within multi entity or group structures
