Job Description:
Social Sciences Teacher (KS4 & KS5)
Sittingbourne
Start: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Social Sciences Teacher to join a secondary school in Sittingbourne with an immediate start. This role involves teaching Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 Social Sciences, which may include subjects such as:
*Sociology
*Psychology
*Criminology
The successful candidate will:
*Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Social Science subjects
*Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum and exam board requirements
*Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes at GCSE and A-Level (or equivalent)
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching one or more Social Science subjects at KS4 and KS5
*Strong classroom management skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
