The client we’re supporting is a main contractor focused on delivering high-quality construction projects. The business operates across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and MSCP. Due to continued growth in 2025, they are expanding their team into 2026.
This is a great opportunity for a Revit specialist to gain experience with a fantastic business delivering multi-million-pound projects (£5m-£25m).
Key Responsibilities
*Customer-focused creation of project designs for turnkey developments, including presentation materials for commercial, industrial, MSCP and residential sectors.
*Independent preparation of complete concept designs for planning applications and building application documentation through to sign-off.
*Delivery of architectural GAs and detailed drawings, including technical coordination of specialist design subcontractors.
*Support in the development of design concepts based on the contractor’s building systems, including preparation and presentation of documentation.
*Delivery of projects using the CAD tool Revit.
Candidate Profile
*Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a similar discipline.
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit.
*Strong experience in the design and planning of turnkey projects
*Keen interest in design development and interdisciplinary solutions within construction.
*Proven ability to develop detailed designs in Revit (essential).
*Experience across residential, commercial and education projects.
*Demonstrable knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, technical requirements and building regulations.
