Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Kettering AreaRecruiting on behalf of a local primary/secondary school

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming school in the Kettering area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA looking to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:*Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
*Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
*Assisting with classroom preparation and resources
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
*Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
The Ideal Candidate:*Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working in a school setting
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
