Salary: £100-£150 per day

We are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and welcoming school.
This exciting Aylesbury-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a vital part in the education of young people. You’ll cover lessons in the absence of teaching staff and also lead small group interventions, helping pupils achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise full classes during teacher absences
*Support students in small groups or one-to-one interventions
*Lead and manage a team of Assistant Teachers
*Assist with planning, resource development and lesson delivery
*Contribute to inclusion and behaviour strategies
*Help implement school policies on safeguarding, wellbeing, and academic achievement
We’re Looking For:
*Experience working in an educational setting
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*A proactive and resilient attitude
*HLTA status or willingness to work towards it
