m2r Education are working in partnership with a leading American international school in Saudi Arabia who are seeking an experienced Pastoral Vice Principal to join their team from August 2026.
The school delivers a full American curriculum based on Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and Next Generation Standards (NGS) from Kindergarten to Grade 12, educating both boys and girls. Students graduate with an American High School Diploma and progress to universities in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Requirements:
*Bachelor Degree in Education or a related subject
*Masters in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) is highly desirable
*Psychology and/or SEN qualification is advantageous
*PGCE/QTS or relevant teaching licence
*At least 3 years’ experience in senior leadership within the Middle East
*Efficient in implementing and maintaining operational systems for SEN and Pastoral care
*The ability to speak both English and Arabic is highly desirable
