IVA Technical Manager
Location: Manchester

Imperium Financial Recruitment are acting as the recruitment agency for a well-established and highly respected firm of IVA specialists in Manchester, who are seeking an experienced IVA Technical Manager to join their team.
This is a key appointment within the business, responsible for overseeing technical compliance, quality control, and supporting operational teams to ensure best practice across the IVA portfolio.
The Role
As IVA Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards and ensuring cases are administered in line with current legislation and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing technical compliance across a large volume IVA caseload
*Providing guidance and support to Case Administrators, Senior Administrators, and Team Leaders
*Conducting file reviews and quality assurance checks
*Ensuring adherence to IVA Protocol and regulatory requirements
*Keeping the business updated on legislative and regulatory changes
*Assisting with internal audits and external regulatory visits
*Supporting complex case queries and escalations
*Developing and improving internal processes and technical procedures
*Delivering technical training to operational staff where required
The Candidate
To be considered, you must have significant experience within the IVA sector and strong technical knowledge of consumer insolvency.
Requirements:
*Proven experience working within IVAs at a senior or technical level
*Strong working knowledge of IVA Protocol, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
*Experience conducting file reviews and managing quality standards
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
*Strong communication skills with the ability to support and mentor teams
*Organised, methodical, and confident in making technical decisions
Previous experience in a Technical Manager, Quality Assurance, or Senior IVA supervisory role would be highly advantageous.
