Job Description:
Experienced Valuer / Lister required for a highly successful independent estate agency in Banstead. Excellent earning potential with OTE £55k–£60k, car allowance and a supportive team environment.

The RoleAs a Valuer / Lister you will play a key role in generating new business and building relationships with vendors across the local area.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Carrying out residential property valuations and market appraisals
*Winning new instructions and securing property listings
*Advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
*Building strong and lasting client relationships
*Working closely with the sales team to ensure transactions progress smoothly
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
*A strong track record of winning instructions
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive and target-driven approach
*Knowledge of the local property market
*A full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits*Basic salary circa £30,000
*OTE £55,000 – £60,000
*Car allowance
*5 day working week with a day off in lieu for working Saturdays
*Additional incentives and excellent earning potential
