Job Description:
A rapidly expanding UK wealth management group is looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join its London team. The business is part of a large national financial planning and investment management organisation with over 25,000 clients and approximately £25 billion in assets under administration and advice across more than 40 offices nationwide.
The firm combines financial planning, investment management and corporate wealth expertise, with significant investment currently being made in adviser development, technology and long-term growth.
The Opportunity
This is a client-facing Financial Adviser position suited to individuals with at least 1+ year of advising experience who are already delivering regulated financial advice and want to continue developing their career within a structured, well-supported environment.
Key Details
*Market-leading base salary (dependent on experience)
*Clients provided from day one
*Existing client bank available, typically 30–40 clients initially
*Very good bonus structure
*Remote contracts available, though advisers are expected to regularly attend the office and meet clients face-to-face, particularly during onboarding
Requirements
*Minimum 1+ year advising experience
*Currently providing regulated financial advice
*CAS achieved (or very close to completion)
*Looking to build a long-term advisory career within a structured and supportive environment
Support, Technology & Growth
The business is investing heavily in adviser productivity and operational efficiency, including the implementation of AI-driven technology to assist with report writing and suitability documentation, significantly improving back-office efficiency and allowing advisers to spend more time with clients.
