About the Role
An established, family-run automotive specialist is seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Auto Electrician to join its growing team. This role involves travelling to customer locations across the Home Counties to install a range of aftermarket vehicle accessories.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of working independently, and confident managing installations efficiently within set timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
*Mobile installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories for cars, vans, and HGVs
*Installation of aftermarket and OEM products such as Trackers, Camera systems, Immobilisers, parking sensors and Other related accessories
*Diagnosing and resolving auto electrical issues
*Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
*Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a professional standard
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle accessory fitting or auto electrics
*Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
*Ability to work independently and confidently in a mobile role
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Relevant vehicle fitting certifications (desirable but not essential)
