HR Advisor
6-month FTC (possible extension)
Leicester
Hybrid working (1 day from home)

Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation based in Leicester who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, initially on a 6-month FTC. You will be based from their city centre site (with parking) supporting a headcount of c1200 employees.
This will report to the HR Business Partner and work as part of a team of around 4 in total with additional support from the L&D team.
The Role
*Manage and advise on ER cases having the confidence to lead managers on best practise.
*Build strong relationships with managers to understand their specific HR needs and provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
*Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose, especially with the recent legislation changes
*Management of day-to-day HR activities supporting on key projects and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle - current focuses are legislation updates, management coaching and HR data reporting
*Managing and supporting casework, offering proactive and solution-focused guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
*Manage and manipulate various HR focussed data metrics
What we are looking for
*Experience in a similar ER focussed position - managing an ER case load
*Ability to commute to Leicester and comfortable with hybrid working (4 days onsite 12 from home)
*Experience working in a busy blue-collar organisation
