This well-established home supports up to 36 residents and offers permanent residential care, respite care and day care within a welcoming, homely environment. With a smaller resident group, the focus is always on delivering genuinely person-centred care where every individual is known, respected and valued.
We are now seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to work a mixture of day and night shifts as part of a supportive and stable team.

*Act as the senior member of staff on duty across day and night shifts

Your Key Responsibilities*Lead and guide the care team on shift
*Deliver safe, compassionate care tailored to individual needs
*Administer medication (training provided if required)
*Maintain accurate and compliant care documentation
*Monitor wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
*Ensure residents’ comfort and safety, particularly during night shifts
*Support compliance with CQC standards
*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a senior care role
*Medication training (desirable but not essential)
*Confidence working both independently (nights) and as part of a team
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*A calm, professional and positive approach
*A genuine passion for supporting older people
*£13.50 per hour
