Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Contract: Full-time | Office-based

We’re supporting a growing organisation in appointing a Finance Manager — a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional who wants to make a real impact and progress towards Finance Director level.
If you’re commercially sharp, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of a finance function, this role offers the scope and autonomy to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing: *Own the financial strategy, partnering directly with senior leadership.
*Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
*Lead month-end, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
*Strengthen controls, systems, and financial processes.
*Oversee day-to-day finance operations including payroll and VAT.
*Manage and develop a small finance team while driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking ForEssential: *Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
*Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or senior finance lead.
*Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
*Confident communicator, able to influence at senior level.
Desirable: *Background in a growing SME.
*Experience leading or developing a small finance team.
