Payroll Assistant
Are you experienced in managing large, complex payrolls and thrive in a fast-paced setting? This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a busy, varied role where no two days are the same.
You’ll take ownership of 3 monthly payrolls covering around 5,000 employees. The payroll is predominantly salaried, but you’ll also manage variable hours and a significant amount of temporary data - so strong attention to detail and confidence handling high volumes is key.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing end-to-end payroll across three monthly cycles

*Ensuring accurate processing for salaried and variable-hours employees

*Handling large volumes of temporary and time-sensitive data

*Working closely with managers and HR to ensure smooth, timely payroll delivery

*Supporting continuous improvements across payroll processes

What we’re looking for:
*Solid experience in high-volume payroll environments

*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

*A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach

*Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
