Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets. You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Leading and supervising a team of 20-30 in a busy, regulated environment.
*Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
*Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset.
*Monitoring equipment constraints, analyzing data, and solving problems before they escalate.
*Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures.
*Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track.
What We’re Looking For:
*Technical background – ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering).
*Proven experience in production supervision or a similar role.
*Strong communication skills— you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop.
*A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.
*Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information.
