Sales Administrator

Day-to-day Duties of the role:
*Process customer orders efficiently, update systems, and send order confirmations.
*Handle customer correspondence and manage export documentation.
*Communicate shipping details, estimated times of arrival, and updates to customers and internal teams.
*Ensure accurate and timely information flow, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
*Collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and improve administrative processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales administration, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.
*Familiarity with export sales processes is advantageous.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a busy office setting, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.
